They cannot care for themselves.
They rely upon nurses, nannies and others to meet their basic needs.
They need to be fed, bathed, clothed, diapered and carried.
Most cannot walk or talk.
But, they see God.
They cannot tell us what they dream about.
They cannot tell us what they feel.
They cannot attend school or run off to play with their friends.
But, they see God.
Someone said, “These precious children are guaranteed a place in heaven. They will walk on streets of gold.”
Indeed. For sure and for certain.
I said, “I think they already live there. I think they see things and understand things that we cannot. I believe they commune with God and see angels every single day.”
They feel.
They love.
They dream.
They yearn.
They have souls.
They have a destiny.
Their lives have purpose and meaning.
When I am with these precious children, I feel close to God.
In the world’s eyes, they are “the least of these.”
In His eyes, they are precious, beloved, cherished, honored and loved, loved, loved.
The world has it’s own standard for VIP’s.
I believe these children are heaven’s VIP’s.
When I grow up, I want to be like them!
One day I will walk on streets of gold and watch them do the same.
We will sing, sing, sing and dance, dance, dance.
I long for that day, when I see God the way they already see Him.

Beautiful expression of The Father's LOVE. Jesus said that unless we become as children...Matthew 18:2-5
