Little L

You may wonder how little L is doing, as I posted about his accident in my "Perspective" account on July 6. I will try to get D to help me insert a photo here but for now I wanted to post an update on his situation. Most of my blogger friends have Facebook and can check LY's status there daily, but I know of a few who don't have Facebook. All I can say is GOD IS SO GOOD. Over and over again, we receive good reports from the Y family. There were some very heavy days and dark hours, but most of what we hear from the family encourages us and points us back to Him. He is the divine Healer, the Great Physician and He has never left L's side. Yesterday L responded to many verbal commands, he wiggled his toes, gave a thumb's up sign, peace sign and even threw a roll of tape to his daddy. Today, if all went as planned, he was to be moved from the PICU and into the children's rehab center. PLEASE keep praying for L and his family. This road will be a long and wearisome one to travel. We know that they will come through, but just as Aaron needed Moses and others to lift him up in battle, so we can lift them up.
