Do you need faces to put with your prayers? I know it helps me to visualize someone or some place when I am praying. This precious family needs lots of love and prayer right now. R is from Haiti and his wife, K grew up as a missionary there. They have three beautiful children and have been in the US for several years. K is a childhood friend of one of my dearest, closest friends, NM. We met in 2005 when I was on a trip to Florida. I felt an instant bond with them, but have had very little contact with them until this week. Now I know why the Lord crossed our paths so many years ago. I know there are hundreds of thousands of Haitians who need out prayers and support right now. For me, it is overwhelming unless I know someone to start with. The Lord has given me a burden to pray through with this family, to raise support for them as they return to a devastated country, a destroyed home and begin to find their lost loved ones.
