I didn't really plan for this year to be so full of adventure, it just happened! Along the way, the boys learned so much while having FUN! That is the whole point of learning, after all! Most of these trips were taken on a limited budget and we are so blessed that we have these opportunities! I wonder what adventures await us in 2011!
6. Hampton, Virginia! We visited the Living Museum of Virginia.
5. Baltimore, Maryland! We walked along the harbor and visited the Maryland Science Center.
4. Washington, D.C.! We rode the metro in and visited the Capitol, National Monument, Smithsonian and walked the mall for hours.
3. Williamsburg, Virginia! We visited Colonial Williamsburg and learned so much.
2. New York City! We took our Fresh Air Child home to meet his mom, then spent two days touring the city.
1. Sandy Cove! Our most favorite family vacation ever! We're planning to return in 2011!
