
"Tree
Huggers." We love "Willy," our willow tree. We planted him about 7 years ago and he has grown to be so big and strong. We wish our other trees could grow this fast.

We mapped off a square and observed the habitat in that space. Slugs and other bugs live in the dirt below the ladder of the play set. Spiders spun webs inside the structure. Nearby, birds built nests in our shed and in Willy.

B climbed up in Willy, I handed him my camera...
And he took a photo of this birds nest. There was a popped balloon hanging from a string, we decided that the bird was decorating his nest.
