My friend and fellow blogger, Laura S. sent me this link today. I played it and cried. How powerful to watch each person walk forward and see their declarations of "before" and "after" Jesus. Each one of us who has accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior has a before and after...what is yours? I know I am among the blessed who found Christ at a young age, so I haven't known any days without His presence in my life. But I have at times felt very separtated from my Father. Usaully because of something another person did to me. Why is it that we blame God for those things? He walks with us, through thick and thin. He stands by us when no one else will. He dries our tears (and saves them in a bottle) and soothes our fears. He is not the one who forsakes us, abandons us or makes us suffer. I guess my before would be "Outcast." My after..."Accepted, embraced by the Father's love."
