Monday

When I woke up this morning, I groaned and reset my alarm clock. I decided to wait and see if I felt better later in the day to get my workout in. By 8:15, the boys and I sat down to watch our Bible lesson on DVD. By 8:45, the twins were into their Phonics lesson and B was starting on Reading. At 10, we took our morning walk around the neighborhood and said hello to the little dog that we like to visit. I sat on the couch in a daze while the boys continued to work. My flu began a week ago and I'm still not shaking it. (No fever now, but the sinus crud is hanging on and packing my ears so I have trouble hearing what I need to hear) At noon, I turned on the two mile walk and got that done while they finished up their work. Now, lunch and "Sid the Science Kid" are over and I think I will send them outside for an hour. It's a beautiful day and we don't know how many more of those we'll have. Then, I think we'll crash in front of "Speed Racer." Maybe I'll watch it this time...(Last time, I snoozed.)
