Today was yet another unseasonably warm day so C and I got out and made the most of it! I was having trouble with lighting today, as most of the leaves have fallen off the trees and shade was hard to find. I finally found a setting that worked better. C was very patient with me while I figured it out. I met C through my dad, about two years ago. She has been on the worship team at church since then and we would sing together when we visited. For the past year, we've been attending and I've had more opportunities to get to know C better. As the only two ladies on a team full of guys, we've learned to stick together. C is a dear and is always taking care of others, she has a soft heart but she can be spirited and feisty when she needs to be. I am so glad that I've had these months to get to know her and hope for even more heart to heart encounters in the future.
