Makeup Monday

Today was the day to makeup for all that went undone all weekend. Because I went to town on Saturday and we were away all day yesterday, the piles took over! I have spent hours unearthing my bedroom tonight, the most neglected of all rooms. Today, while supervising the boys' work, I did three loads of laundry, swept and dusted, cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms...Thank goodness, I had prepared dinner on Saturday evening. Surprise! My family gobbled up a 9 x 13 dish of "Tator Tot Casserole." The meal was a hit! I used green beans instead of mixed veggies, threw in some "W" sauce for some kick (thanks, SM for that suggestion!) and there was not a morsel left over. At last...a meal we all enjoyed!
