Diappointment Times 12!

T and the next to youngest, what a cutie!
My beautiful N, with her youngest.

Baby S was the "baby of the year for 2007." Yesterday, J was looking at a photo of the M family and asked "Mom, is there a new baby this year?" No, honey, not THIS year! N had five sweet babies in just seven years.
The big kids. When the M family moved to SC, this is who we had. They've added two more precious little girls to the pile, I bet they were napping when I took this photo.
Crazies!

Today there are twelve very disappointed people in the world. OK, that sounds so selfish. I bet there are millions more. For our family and the M family, the final decision was made this morning when our J was still feeling poorly. We are not headed to SC for the weekend. And, we cannot even make fun backup plans, because little J needs to stay near the potty. And mommy needs to stay on top of the laundry. So, D decided to work, why not? Our three are playing Legos, no way that I would make them do school today! I lounged on the couch and dozed in and out as the Today Show played. The M children are eating all the company food! I laughed when N told me that they were thrilled to have Chex cereal for breakfast. What a thrill...
These photos are from our trip to the M's in January 2008.
